Mark Baier is a retired United States Army veteran who dedicated twenty years to honorable military service. During his distinguished tenure, Mark focused on Information Technology, developing high-level technical skills, analytical problem-solving capabilities, and a deep-seated commitment to helping others—values that continue to define his professional work. Following his retirement from active duty, Mark channeled his extensive experience into a new mission: helping individuals navigate the digital world with confidence.
Mark believes that technology ought to be a helpful tool that makes life easier, not a cause of stress or confusion. His veteran IT background enables him to solve intricate technical challenges, yet he balances this expertise with immense patience, clear communication, and a respectful approach to every client. These foundational values are the heart of NeighborCare and guide every interaction he has with the community.
Family is the center of Mark’s world. As a proud father of five—four daughters and one son—he derives great fulfillment from watching his children build their own futures. His eldest daughter continues the tradition of military service in the Air National Guard. His second daughter is currently focusing on the rewarding role of motherhood. Mark’s son is carving out a successful career in the skilled trades in South Dakota, while another daughter is pursuing her academic goals at the University of South Carolina Beaufort (USCB). His youngest daughter attends a STEM Academy, where she explores her passion for science and engineering with the goal of attending MIT. Seeing his children work toward their dreams with such persistence is his greatest achievement.
Today, Mark combines military precision, technical mastery, and heartfelt compassion through NeighborCare. This initiative provides the local community with dependable, patient, and friendly technology guidance. Whether he is repairing a computer, configuring a smartphone, or setting up a home Wi-Fi network, Mark ensures his clients receive support that is easy to understand and entirely trustworthy. His philosophy is simple: technology should serve people, not overwhelm them.
Through NeighborCare, Mark leverages two decades of service to ensure that digital tools are accessible, unintimidating, and easy to use for everyone he serves.
